Refund policy

Please email BEFORE you ship your return or exchange item back for approval info@caspbaby.com.

Return unworn and unwashed items to our store with tags attached within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or credit minus a 10% restocking fee. If you return your entire order within the 30 days and the refund is approved by us, we will refund you minus shipping charges incurred by us + a 10% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. Receipt must be provided. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return after we receive it.

ALL cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All damages during transit or items with flaws must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.

No returns on holiday items after said holiday.  We do not accept returns on swimwear, teethers, pacifiers, underwear or feeding items.

All sale or discounted items are FINAL SALE. We cannot guarantee a size exchange due to limited quantities.

We do not pay for or provide shipping labels for returns.

Sale shoes will be shipped without the box.
